Projects

Street Smart Project

In partnership with Street Industries and Inside Out Aboriginal Justice Consultancy. Street Smart is an early intervention, prevention and diversion program through a detached youth work model that targets Aboriginal children and young people in public spaces every Saturday from 4pm in Redfern, Waterloo and Glebe. We adopt a harm minimisation approach and reduce incidences of crime, anti-social behaviour and the harmful consequences of AOD use therefore creating a safer community and reducing the involvement of Aboriginal children and YP in the criminal justice system.

Deadly Mentoring

Mentoring for Aboriginal children, YP and adults with current/historical involvement in OOHC and the justice system or ‘at risk’ of involvement in OOHC/justice system.
